Recovery is where adaptation happens.

What it is

Athletic recovery through IV therapy delivers hydration, electrolytes, amino acids, B vitamins, and other recovery-supportive nutrients directly into the bloodstream. The combination accelerates rehydration, supports muscle repair, and reduces fatigue.

It's used by athletes across disciplines: endurance athletes, strength athletes, weekend warriors, and competitive amateurs. Both pre-event preparation and post-event recovery applications.

Why Patients Seek Treatment

Athletes come in preparing for competitions, recovering from hard training blocks, or supporting sustained training capacity. The combination of hydration, electrolytes, and recovery nutrients provides meaningful benefit.

How IV therapy supports athletic recovery

What Causes It
Common Signs
Why It Changes Over Time
How It's Commonly Addressed
01

What Causes It

Athletic demands create specific recovery needs.

Dehydration from sweat losses, particularly in endurance and hot-weather events.

Electrolyte depletion particularly sodium and potassium.

Muscle damage from training stress requires protein and amino acid support.

Glycogen depletion following high-intensity or long-duration training.

Oxidative stress from sustained exertion.

Inflammation as part of normal adaptation but sometimes excessive.

02

Common Signs

Slow recovery between training sessions. Persistent muscle soreness. Decreased performance under sustained training load. Higher illness frequency during high-volume training. Difficulty completing planned training.

03

Why It Changes Over Time

Recovery capacity varies with training load, nutrition, sleep, age, and individual factors. Periodic IV support during demanding training blocks or around competition can meaningfully accelerate adaptation.

04

How It's Commonly Addressed

Athletic recovery is multi-faceted.

IV therapy with hydration, electrolytes, amino acids, B vitamins, and antioxidants.

Adequate protein intake through diet for muscle repair.

Sleep optimization as the foundation of recovery.

Active recovery with appropriate intensity.

Hydration discipline beyond just IV sessions.

Periodization of training to balance stress and recovery.

How we approach athletic recovery

Our athletic recovery protocols are tailored to the individual's training demands and goals.

For endurance athletes, we focus on hydration, electrolyte restoration, and B vitamins to support energy metabolism.

For strength and power athletes, we add amino acid support for muscle protein synthesis alongside the standard hydration and electrolyte components.

For competition preparation, we offer pre-event protocols typically 24 to 72 hours before competition.

For post-event recovery, we offer protocols typically within 24 to 48 hours after competition.

We pair IV therapy with practical guidance on sleep, nutrition, and recovery practices.

I was truly blown away after my appointment here. Every single person I interacted with, from the front desk to the providers who handled my treatments, was incredible! They made me feel so welcomed and cared for, and were both informative and genuinely kind. The space itself is spotless, cozy, and easily the most inviting place I’ve ever been for Botox. Michelle did my Botox and she was amazing! I also had a hydrafacial and dermaplaning, and I already can’t wait to come back again and again. You will not regret booking here!
